All new service requires a non refundable deposit of $500 to reserve your dates at the start of care. All payments are non refundable. If you transfer due to medical concerns, have a loss, or risk out prior to 28 weeks then an itemized refund will be given if there is one. By making the $500 deposit you understand this and are accepting our financial terms. By making this deposit and subsequent payments you stating that you have been informed (read the whole website) that you understand all terms, you understand local Midwifery rules and laws that pertain to you and have read all information on this website pertaining to Kelly Milligan and anyone who works for Growing Roots Midwifery and Wellness. By making this deposit and subsequent payments I have excersied Informed Consent. 

Our Practice Area 

At the present time we are serving Columbus, GA and 1.25 hours in every direction. 

 

We are a mobile practice and can attend births all over the state of Georgia and beyond when necessary. We have a camper van and a 28 foot travel trailer type camper that we live in. We have the ability to set up camp wherever needed essentially be that in a campsite near you or in your driveway. We are open to traveling to other states as well. Especially open for traveling to breech and twin births. We also travel to and conduct educational classes, workshops, and retreats.
